Studio Share
Studio Share is a direct matching service for producers, artists, and musicians who want to share or sublet recording studio time in North London.
If you rent a studio at Manatee Audio and have hours you’re not using, you can list them here. If you’re looking for occasional studio time without committing to a full licence, this is where to start.
How it works
Use the form below to post what you’re offering or what you need. Include your location preference (Finsbury Park or Hornsey), available dates and times, your rate (if offering), and a brief description of the space or your requirements.
We don’t take a cut and we don’t manage the arrangement – this is purely a notice board.
Any agreements are between the two parties directly.
Who Uses It
Most listings come from current Manatee Audio tenants who have surplus hours on their licence. If you already rent with us in N4 or N8, you can post here any time. We also accept listings from studios nearby if space is relevant to the North London music community.
Looking for a permanent base rather than occasional time? Our long-term dry-hire studios in Finsbury Park and Hornsey offer 24-hour access on flexible contracts
Frequently Asked Questions

Not necessarily. Current tenants are the most common contributors, but we also accept listings from studios and producers nearby in the North London area. If you're unsure whether your listing is relevant, get in touch.
Listings are reviewed manually and typically go live within 48 hours of submission.
We'll review your submission and post the relevant details on this page. We don't share your contact information beyond what you've agreed to in the form.
Yes — email info@manateeaudio.co.uk with your name and we'll update or remove it within 24 hours.
We review all submissions before they go live, but we don't verify credentials or mediate any agreements. All arrangements are between the parties involved — use your judgement before committing to anything.
