Recording Studio Hire — Finsbury Park, North London (N4)

Manatee Audio’s Finsbury Park studio is where it all started. Over 20 years, our long-established facilities have played host to some of the largest names in music — and they remain the perfect affordable environment for your audio creativity.

Spread across three units and 17 studios, we offer a range of long-term rental options from small 120sq ft programming rooms to large 400+ sq ft recording studios with isolated live rooms. Whether you’re a producer, songwriter, musician, or DJ, you get a private, acoustically treated room that’s yours to use on your terms — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All studios at Finsbury Park are dry-hire — no engineer, no booking system, just your room on a long-term contract.

The Finsbury Park studio is dry-hire, meaning you bring your own equipment and work in a room set up exclusively for you. All studios benefit from fibre-optic broadband, monitored CCTV, air conditioning, secure off-street parking, an intercom system, and kitchen-lounge areas. Long-term renters get their own key fob and dedicated storage.

Home to a community of highly talented record producers and songwriters, Finsbury Park sits within a light industrial mews shared with other creative businesses. The atmosphere is professional yet laid-back — ideal if you want to grow your network and collaborate as well as work. We host producers, beatmakers, singer-songwriters, composers scoring for sync, and DJs who use the space for production and practice.

We offer monthly rental on a rolling basis. Rates vary depending on room size and contract length
Prices range from £600 to £1500 – get in touch for a current quote and availability.

Finsbury Park station is served by the Victoria line, Piccadilly line, and trains from King’s Cross and Moorgate. The studios are an 8-minute walk. Street parking is available on Leeds Place and surrounding roads.
